Created by entrepreneurs, IPT is foundation under private law, non-profit-making and of public utility. The coaching reintegration process provides vocational support to people who are having difficulty finding work and who may be suffering from health problems, with the aim of helping them to integrate sustainably into the economy.

Criteria for access
- In difficulty with the job market, who may be in poor health, aged 18 to 63, referred by a public or private body or by a doctor, with a valid work permit / aged 18 to 28.
- Swiss or with a residence permit, with a diploma recognized in Switzerland, looking for their first experience.
