Ados Job
Mission
Active since 2002, the Ados Job association helps young people aged 15-25 in French-speaking Switzerland to find jobs, internships and volunteer work, and thus get their first foot in the professional world. By inviting anyone wishing to hire young people to propose such opportunities and publish them free of charge on its website, our non-profit association pursues its mission, which is recognized as a public utility by the State of Vaud.In 2023, Ados Job merged with Ados Pro, which offers young people free coaching on how to write job applications and prepare for job interviews.
Services
- Free employment platform;
- Legal advice on request;
- “Employment law and small jobs” brochure;
- News and professional advice;
- Presence at events (fairs, festivals, etc.).
Criteria for access
- Ados Job: aged 15 to 25 (applicants); offer a job in Frenchspeaking Switzerland (employers);
- Ados Pro: aged 15 to 25; live in the Lausanne region (if job permits, the geographical area can be extended).
