Mission
Legal aid is financial assistance that may be granted if your resources are insufficient to defend your interests in civil or administrative proceedings, provided your case is considered likely to succeed and the assistance of a lawyer is deemed necessary.

Rates
Paid services. If legal assistance is provided, it remains a reimbursable service.
